What’s your favorite casserole?

Well, whether you love to cook a lot or just a little, these casserole recipes are ones you’ll have been happy you put together. The great thing about these kinds of dishes is you don’t need much else for a side dish! A little fine wine and your choice of something sweet makes for the perfect brunch or dinner! Take a look at these 3 outstanding recipes I found…!

Taco Casserole

Talk about a mouthful of amazing flavors! Not only does this dish pack a punch of all sorts of ‘tasty,’ but it gives you a perfect crunch every time. You’ve gotta try it out…I recommend doubling up on this recipe. Try it with Rosella’s Red Wine Blend.

Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

If you’re into that classic comfy, cozy, and “gotta play a classic video dish,” this one’s for you. It’s got that old-time, feel good, healthy vibe that will have you relaxed and in that happy place in no time. Pair it with our 2013 Merlot and dessert suddenly becomes optional.

Stuffed Bell Pepper Casserole

If you want your casserole to have a little more ‘kick,’ this is the perrrrfect recipe! This is SO flavorful and includes Worcestershire sauce, garlic and ground pepper to give it that bit of zing you love. Try it with a few roasted jalapeno’s on top if you’re really looking to spice it up. Will go wonderful with our White Wine Blend

Crafty wine drinkers

Whether you like to spring clean or not, the funny thing is, there’s this natural tendency to “out with the old, in with the new” this time of year. Especially for those who take extra pride in the home front side of things and enjoy entertaining now and then. Well, whatever your style is, old, new, or a bit whimsical, we’ve grabbed some really cute wine bottle crafts you might consider doing with your “wine and dine room…”

Wine Bottle Tiki Torches

Check these bottles out, for those who don’t really feel like waiting for the season to change. Fill these bottles with citronella oils, rosemary, peppermint or lavender. Not only will the aroma be a nice addition to the ambiance, but you’ll have impressive fiery bottles to display as well. (Remember to put them in a secure place, we don’t want the fam’s favorite “unky” to catch a flame and do the mamba before the music has even begun!)

The classic Lights in a Bottle

We’ve all seen different versions of this, but there are SO many different ideas, it bears reminding again. You can paint a landscape scene on your bottle or go with the next upcoming holiday, maybe there’s a color theme for a particular room you’d like to do. It makes for such a great atmosphere and can turn into a fun conversation piece for everyone.

Simple Flower Holders

If you’re looking for a more rustic look for the table, tying a simple ribbon around a few bottles with a few flowers works nicely. It’s uplifting and has the instant message, “Home Sweet Home”.

Spell it out.

If you’re big on family, spell it out on your wine bottles, Lol! Here’s another great idea for a warm and inviting centerpiece.

We hope we’ve given you a few ideas to get creative on your own. And if you can’t think of anything, try one of the crafts above or pour another glass of wine – it’s always good for that kind of thing! Interested in some pairing ideas?
